2. Refund Eligibility

Because this is a custom digital service, refunds are only available before production begins. Once our team has started working on your creative pack, we are unable to offer a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund before production begins, please contact us at support@adcreativeforge.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

4. Revisions

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered creatives, we offer one round of revisions included with every creative pack. Please contact us to request changes.
